  • David Fanelli

    David was born and raised in Cranford where he attended and graduated from Cranford Public Schools. He has always been intrigued by math and science, and began peer tutoring as soon as he started high school. David went to Muhlenberg College, where he majored in both Math and Economics and became a Master Tutor as part of the college peer tutoring program. He started substitute teaching in Cranford, and realized that he had found his passion in the classroom. David went back to school and became certified to teach math grades 5-12, as well as students with disabilities. He has worked at Lincoln School for the past 9 years as the high school math teacher. After graduating, David also started working with a company called Principia Prep where he learned how to teach standardized tests, mainly the ACT and SAT. David continued tutoring both the tests as well as individual subjects, and started Pi Guys Tutoring!

  • Angela Sandoukas

    Angela grew up in Cranford, where she attended Cranford Public Schools. She has always been very passionate about teaching, and knew she wanted to become a teacher from a very young age. After high school, she attended Rider University where she graduated with a double major in Elementary Education and Psychology along with a double minor in Special Education and Early Childhood Education. She began her teaching career as a Special Education teacher at Hillside Avenue School in Cranford, and has now become a first grade classroom teacher at the same school. Angela is very grateful to Piguys Tutoring for giving her the opportunity to continue her passion for education through tutoring students of all ages!

  • Chelsea McCord

    Chelsea grew up in Edison, NJ and knew she wanted to be a teacher from a young age. She attended Monmouth university where she received a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and English along with a minor in special education. Chelsea has been teaching for the last 9 years and loves it! After a few years of teaching, she received her masters degree in Elementary Reading and Mathematics. Currently, Chelsea works as a 4th grade teacher at Orange Avenue School in Cranford. Along with teaching, Chelsea loves to travel, cook, and lift weights in her spare time. She has been tutoring just as long as she has been teaching and enjoys getting to work one on one with kids to help them reach their fullest potential.   

  • Micaela

    Micaela grew up and lives in Cranford. She attended and graduated from CHS in 2011. After high school, she went on to Montclair State and got a bs in math and finance. After graduating from there in 2016, she attended Seton Hall for a k-12 math teaching certificate. After receiving her certificate, she decided to take some time off of school and pursued her teaching career. She has been teaching high school math at union high school for 5 years now. She just recently finished her masters degree from SHU this past summer. Along with her full time teaching, she has also coached and tutored. She has been tutoring since 2011.

  • Gabe

    Gabe was born in Cranford and attended Cranford schools. He graduated from Cranford High School in 2020 and is a member of the National Honor Society as well as the Math Honor Society. He realized his interest in mathematics early in his high school career. Gabe is a rising sophomore at the University of Richmond majoring in Mathematics.

  • Kelly

    Kelly has been an educator for 7 years now. She has a Masters degree in Educational Leadership. Kelly has been tutoring various subjects for the past 5 years including reading, writing, math, and more. She has worked with students of all ages but primarily specializes in working with younger kids, from K-2nd Grade.
